Relaxation Bath Salts - Lavender

Our bath salts are made from a combination of Epsom Salt and Pink Himalayan salt, Epsom salt is also known as magnesium sulfate. It’s a chemical compound made up of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen. Magnesium and sulfate are known for their hydrating properties. Pink Himalayan sea salt is a rock salt mined from ancient salt beds within the Himalayan Mountains. Pink Himalayan salt is believed to be one of the purest forms of salt available. 

Lavender is well known for its relaxing aroma. It’s no wonder it’s commonly used in products meant to calm and soothe. Lavender has been used since ancient times to revive the mind, and the Romans added lavender to their bath water, hence the name from the Latin lavare, 'to wash'. The scent is said to have a calming effect which aids in relaxation.
